User Account

For security reasons, as a rule, each customer can only create one account. For customers attempting to create multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice.

In accordance with customs regulations, customers must provide correct and valid data. All consignee names, addresses and buyer name must be valid. In certain countries, the consignee must have his or her ID card or passport for order pick-up or payment verification purposes. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to Casa de Praia . If any information is incorrect and prevents your shipment, delivery or removal of the order, Casa de Praia will not be responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.

Order

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and prices, there may be times when errors arise. If such a situation occurs, Casa de Praia will not be able to accept your request. In case of error, the customer will be contacted with a full explanation and the corrected offer. The information provided will only be a suggestion and not a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed in the supply of goods.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times displayed at Casa de Praia are based on the estimated time it takes for the product to stop being in our possession. Since the actual delivery date of your order may be influenced by a number of factors, which go beyond Casa de Praia ‘s control when it leaves our premises, we suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event in which they wish to use it, as a birthday, order in advance. Casa de Praia cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

For greater peace of mind when ordering, we recommend that customers purchase the Shipping Warranty upon checkout of their order; In case there is a problem sending the product, Casa de Praia will send a replacement product for free. If the product is not available, we will offer a refund option.

Any orders that do not have Shipping Guarantee will not be the responsibility of Casa de Praia and the customer will assume full responsibility for the product during the shipping process.

There may be times when Casa de Praia accepts your order but is unable to provide the requested product. If it is not possible to supply the requested product in a timely manner, Casa de Praia will contact the customers and will be available to cancel the order and fully refund the purchase price.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible. You can ship your order to your home or place of work. It is possible to ship to the Post Office through all shipping methods except express as signatures are required upon delivery. Express orders of this type can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday. For major holidays such as Christmas and New Year, please allow extra delivery time. During these special occasions, we will provide warnings about possible delays.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping addresses. Casa de Praia cannot make changes to your shipping address once the package has been shipped. Casa de Praia is not responsible for orders lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Casa de Praia cannot be held responsible for any product that does not pass local customs and is destroyed because it is illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. Nor can we be held responsible for any import tax that may be required and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any. Please note that the transportation guarantee does not cover any customs matters, including but not limited to goods destroyed or confiscated due to their illegal character in the destination country.

Should the buyer refuse the product due to import duties or taxes, he shall assume full responsibility for all costs involved in the process.

All orders advertised as “delivered” by the freight companies are considered delivered. In this case, Casa de Praia cannot be held responsible for not delivering the order. If a delivery fails for any reason and the shipped address is the correct address provided by the customer, Casa de Praia cannot be held responsible if the product is returned.

Casa de Praia sends what the customer orders, and can not be held responsible for the delivery of a wrong product, when the customer placed a wrong order.

All cases of non-delivery of the ordered product must be reported within 3 months from the date of shipment of the product. This applies to flat rate shipping, priority mail, and standard shipping methods. All express delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the date of shipment. After this period it is no longer possible to investigate the situation and no compensation will be offered. Note that this policy does not apply to products shipped through express shipping methods shown as “delivered” on the carrier’s tracking website.

1 – Right of Cancellation:

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you may cancel the order within fourteen (14) days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier) receives the goods. The customer will not need to provide any reason and will not pay any penalty when deciding to cancel the order within such period. To meet the deadline, simply communicate your claim before the 14-day cancellation period has expired. To do so, please inform us of your decision to cancel the order. Please follow our cancellation process below:

1) Cancellation of an order not sent

If your order is being processed and has not yet been shipped, please contact us through our Support Center , indicating the order number and the cancellation request in the Live Chat or ticket system. You can download this Form and submit it as an attachment via the ticket system. On this occasion, we may request the reason for cancellation for internal purposes (eg service review).

2) Cancellation of an order in transit or delivered

You may submit your cancellation request in accordance with the instructions and forms available on our Support Center or via this Form . In this situation, you should first contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

We will refund without undue delay all payments received in respect of goods purchased by you, and will also refund delivery charges for the least expensive delivery type offered by us. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods or, if precedent, the day the customer provides proof of shipment in return for the goods in question.

We will use the same payment method that the customer has used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, we will not charge you any fees as a result of such a refund.

Please note that you must return the products by following the instructions in our Support Center within 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to cancel the order. The customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods concerned. The customer will also be liable if the value of the returned goods decreases due to their handling (except when it is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods).

3) Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

  • Supply of goods produced to your specifications or clearly customized;
    Provision of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unloaded by the customer upon receipt or that are upon receipt inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software , if uncalled by the customer upon receipt of the order.

2 – Wrong / Damaged Products: legal warranty and additional warranties

7 day damage upon arrival (DOA) warranty

If the item arrives damaged or inoperable within 7 days from the day you receive the product you may reject it or request a replacement. After you return the product, we may send you a new item for free (with a return shipping cost refund) or you may choose to receive a full refund.

30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened and Unused Items

If for any reason you do not wish the product within 30 days of receipt, you may contact us for return and refund. Please note that in such cases the return charge is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Products MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for product refund.

45 days money back guarantee

If the product is defective within 45 days from the day you receive the product, you may reject it and terminate the commercial agreement. You will need to return the product and we will refund it to you (return fees must be paid by the customer).

The refund process takes about 5-14 days after delivery of the order. The exact period depends on the entity associated with the payment method used (eg PayPal , credit card company, etc.). Products must be in their original packaging, and all original boxes must be intact, containing all materials included in the purchase, such as manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

The customer must first contact Casa de Praia to be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back. Any product returned by the customer without an RMA number will not be refunded.

The money back guarantee does not cover bulk and custom orders.

Products tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but returned at cost to the customer.

As a rule, the amount of the refund cannot exceed the amount of the original order placed at Casa de Praia . Casa de Praia is not responsible and is not aware of any bank fees or conversion fees that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by Casa de Praia .

Casa de Praia and / or the seller will act under the warranty as provided by the platform when and only if it is confirmed that any damage to the product is a manufacturing defect. Casa de Praia and / or the seller will not be liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the customer, personal negligence and other reasons not attributable to product defects.

No Return

Discounted or end-of-line products may only be returned for repair. No refund or replacement will be made for the product.

Products Description

  • Aggressive, abusive and threatening behavior. Examples: any direct or implied threat on any communication channel; intimidating language; personal and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic or derogatory comments; lack of courtesy; blunt statements; curse words; and unsubstantiated claims;
  • Complaints made persistently, often demanding and cumbersome, although the issue has already been fully addressed; Similarly, make recurring complaints, although reasonable and fair remedies have already been offered in accordance with our policies;
  • Request, wait or require the team to violate the policy guidelines established by the company, eg reimbursement amount, schedules, special compensation, etc; likewise, seeking an unrealistic outcome beyond the reach of our own policies and procedures;
  • Repeatedly changing the nature (or focus) of a complaint or the desired outcome, in part, after a formal response has been provided;
    Excessive number of complaints compared to total purchase history.
    For such behavior, customers with the above behaviors may be notified and formally notified of the following facts:

Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening and totally unacceptable;
That they should refrain from using such language, intimidation and threats;
That there will be no further response from the Beach House on the matter if the behavior persists;
Casa de Praia reserves the right not to accept further customer requests without notice in the future.
