Delivery

Delivery is divided into several territories, as you can see on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Yes. For now only for Europe. You can consult the price list on our Shipping & Delivery page.

If you are located in the Algarve, you will usually receive your order the next day. In the rest of the Portuguese territory, as well as Spain, receives the order within a period between 2 to 3 days. For the rest of Europe, delivery takes 5 to 6 days to deliver.

Payment

You can pay with PayPal, MB Way, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and ATM.

It is safe to buy at Casa de Praia. In addition to Online Store, we have physical stores located in the locations indicated by the site. We have been in business for over a decade and we value customer satisfaction, which is our focus. We have secure payment methods and we also guarantee customer satisfaction, ie you have the possibility of returning the product in case of damage or dissatisfaction with its quality (except certain safeguards). You may refer to the return criteria below.

Paypal offers a highly secure method of sending money from your credit card, bank account or online stored credit, without having to enter your confidential credit card numbers in online stores. The Casa de Praia team will never ask you for your credit card numbers or PayPal login details. For your own safety, please do not provide this information to anyone (including our staff) and do not click on links within emails. who claim to be from Paypal, charge a fee to upload money to your system or make payments. Orders & Returns

To order an item, simply choose the item you want from our site, place it in the cart, then go to the cart to checkout. It will be more convenient if you already have an account at Casa de Praia. If not, sign up. It is free and will bring you many advantages. If not, you will need to fill in the “ad hoc” fields, ie on time, with the necessary data before we can send you the order.

If the order has not yet been processed, you can change your order by choosing the order number placed within your customer area. You will have the opportunity to exchange items, or even cancel your order.

Although it is easy to open an account at Casa de Praia, and the advantages it brings, you can also place an order without having an account on the site. To do so, simply provide the necessary data and we can send you the order.

To track your order, simply click on the “Order Tracking” option in the site’s Main Menu.

To return a product, simply contact us by chat, telephone or email (customers@casadepraia.pt). We will proceed with your return request and, as appropriate, will try to find the most appropriate way for you to return your product. Simply do not feel satisfied with our product. However, you have 14 days to return the product from the moment you receive it.
